Each summer we bring our cows to the summer farm. Here they produce milk from middle of June until middle of August.
In our dairy we seperate the milk and get skimmed milk and cream.
We add culture to some of the cream to make sour cream, and some of the sour cream is then used to make butter.
We also make yoghurt, using whole milk.
Some of the milk is also served for breakfast, and some is used for baking.
We sell all our products directly from the summer farm, but also at the local shop in Ålvundeid.
